Mr. Otaiba bin Khalaf bin Ahmed Al Otaiba obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Damascus in 2001 and a license to practice the legal profession (primary - appeal - senior) from the Ministry of Justice in the United Arab Emirates in 2004.
He has experience in this field for more than 20 years.
He also worked as Head of the Litigation Department in the Legal Department at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi for two years.
Mr. Otaiba bin Khalaf Al Otaiba currently manages Al Otaiba Law Firm and Legal Consultations, which was founded by him in 2004. The office's headquarters is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and it has a number of branches, including a branch in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and a branch in Dubai.
Mr. Yogesh Sharma has over 30 years of experience in the telecom sector acquired in 3 verticals.
University Research:- 6 years of applied telecoms policy research employed at Brunel University Department of Economics, Uxbridge, UK 1990-1996,
- Consultancy:- 11 years telecom consultancy work on behalf of operators, regulators and government ministries all over the world - for Price Waterhouse London 1996-98, NERA Economic Consulting 1998-2005, Ovum 2006-7), and
- Telecom Operator:- 15 years as in-house regulatory economics specialist in the Regulatory Affairs Function of Etisalat / e& in Abu Dhabi.
