 The Proxy holders are kindly requested to download and fill out the required information and send the duly filled proxy form and the identity verification documents to the following email address:

Further, please ensure to provide the proxy holder’s full name along with the mobile number to which we will send  text messages (SMS) to register the attendance to the General Assembly Meeting.
