تتشرف الشركة الوطنية للتبريد المركزي ش.م.ع. (تبريد أو الشركة) بتنظيم جمعية عمومية للمساهمين عن بعد، مع خيار الحضور الشخصي في مقر الشركة المتواجد في مدينة مصدر، أبوظبي، في تمام الساعة الواحدة ظهراً من يوم الإثنين الموافق 2023/03/20. مما يمنح المساهمين الفرصة لحضور الجمعية والمشاركة باستخدام الهاتف الذكي او الجهاز اللوحي او الكمبيوتر كما يسمح بمتابعة البث الحي والمباشر لمجريات اجتماع الجمعية العمومية وطرح الاسئلة والتصويت على القرارات المطروحة في الإجتماع.
