Richard Taylor 

CEO, Lumi Global

Richard joined Lumi in 2011. He was formerly CEO of IML, a leading global event technology business, before it was acquired and merged with Lumi in July 2013. He is also chairman and co-founder of Halo Post Production and has advised and supported a number of early-stage technology and media businesses. Richard has an MBA from INSEAD.

Rita Baeyens 

Managing Director, Lumi Global

Rita is one of the pioneers who brought electronic voting to the market twenty years ago. As an early pioneer, she gained over fifteen years of experience in the service for shareholder meetings. Today, Rita is Managing Director for Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Business Unit Leader AGM.

Oliver Bampfield 

Managing Director, Lumi Global

Oliver has spent most of his career working within the meetings and live events industry, over 10 years of which have been with Lumi. In his current role Oliver is overseeing the transformation of the company from a hardware solutions to mobile technology provider with a particular focus on the changing needs of the Australian AGM market. He holds an Executive MBA from RMIT where his studies focused on the role of technology in disrupting established industries. When not in the office Oliver can usually be found on a golf course, soccer pitch or spending time with his young family.

Yousef Qaren

Managing Director, Lumi Global

Yousef is a certified project management professional - PMP with over 15 years of experience in business consultancy, event management, sales and business development. He developed and implemented one of the first Automated AGM systems in the UAE. For the last 7 years he established and maintained strategic partnerships with major listed companies in UAE financial markets. He holds an MBA from UAEU and a BBA with honors in Quality Management. Yousef serves as Managing Director, Lumi Middle East where he oversees Lumi’s growth in the region..

Simon Bryan

Managing Director, Lumi Global

Simon has extensive business development, marketing and operational experience with the application of technology to meetings, events, learning and research. After ten years of supporting global meetings & events clients from the UK, Simon arrived in the US in 2006. As Managing Director, Americas, Simon has overseen the growth of Lumi in the region, both organically and through acquisition.

Andre Cinq-Mars

Managing Director, Lumi Global

André is the Managing Director of Canada, and founded the highly successful Feedback Interactive, which was acquired by Lumi in 2018. André has over 30 years experience in the meetings industry, and has delivered hundreds of successful annual meetings across all sectors. Based in Quebec, his expertise ranges from not only delivering greater in-room interactions through the use of technology, but he is also highly experienced in simultaneous translation – a particular requirement of the Canadian market.

Francois Lenormand

Managing Director, Lumi Global

François has been Managing Director of Lumi FR since 2016. Formerly, MD of Digi media, one of the sharpest players in the French events & shareholders meetings’ market, acquired by Lumi in 2016. He has an IT & business background, having worked in the market research & oil shipping industries. When he isn't working on transforming Lumi FR he can be found playing the ukulele!

Pete Fowler

Pete has extensive experience of building successful, collaborative, working relationships with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 organizations. A specialist in AGM market sector with track record of developing the business area and breaking into new global markets. Pete currently serves as Managing Director, Lumi UK where he oversees Lumi’s growth in the UK and Swedish markets.
