Upload the signed proxy form for the (first) member organisation you represent (download here).

The Annual  General Meeting will be recorded for minute-taking purposes only. The recording will be deleted once the minutes are finalised.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

2. If you require accommodation, select your check-in and check-out dates and click ‘’search’’. You can then choose your room and click ‘’Book Room’’.

3. Scroll down to confirm or adjust your arrival/departure time and add your dietary requirements and click ‘’Next’’.
