Through this registration website, you will be automatically registered for both the Members’ Meeting on 6 June 2024 (08:00 AM CST (04:00 PM CEST)) and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 7 June 2024 (08:00 AM CST (04:00 PM CEST)) in Costa Rica, but you are not obliged to attend both events if you only want to attend one or the other.
Please note: registration for the physical event in Costa Rica is open until 21 May 2024. Registration for the online event (you can join via Zoom) is open until 4:00 PM CEST 6 June 2024.
We've reserved 70 rooms at the conference hotel just for you. While there are other hotels nearby, if you prefer staying at the conference location, we recommend booking your room as soon as possible. It's first come, first served, so don't miss out on it.
